Korean food we serve
One of the most popular dishes that we serve is our beef bulgogi bento box. It contains high-quality wag you beef, that is certified to be of the highest quality. Resource than the beef for this dish directly from a farm in Japan. This beef, as you know, is some of the most expensive beef in the world.
It is known for its soft, creamy texture, and amazing flavor. Farmers that take care of the cows that we by the beef from, take extra care to ensure that the happiness of the animal is of the highest priority. Japanese Wagyu beef Farmers believe that a happy cow makes for a delicious cow. Judging by the amazing flavor of our beef bulgogi comma we would tend to agree with them.
Salmon Yeah!
Salmon is of course another one of our more popular dishes. I have yet to meet a customer try it our salmon bento box and not like it. even small children love the nice texture of our salmon, and of course the parents just love that their kids are actually eating something. Our restaurant, unlike other fancy sushi places in Las Vegas, is it suited for families, of all sizes.
We recommend the bento box for any children, as they seem to be very appealing to this age group. This is not only for little Japanese kids, we've noticed that American kids as well, love how organized and cute the Bento boxes are. It makes it easier for them to see the different dishes on their plate, and it almost is like a project that they have to accomplish.
Amazing Rice
Red Dawn bull is a rice bowl with an With an over easy egg on top. It also has onions, shoyu sauce, and fried shrimp. The way you eat this dish, is to pop the over easy egg and then mix it into your rice. It may not look like the most beautiful dish on our menu, but it is definitely one of the most tasty. It is also very popular, but I will say that it's a dish for the regulars. It does not appear appealing at first, but once somebody tries it at a table, I noticed that everybody at the table gets a taste. This is how the popularity of this dish spreads.
Finger Foods
We would not be a proper Japanese restaurant, if we did not serve gyoza. The sauce we serve with our gyoza we make in-house, and many of our customers have remarked at how amazing the flavor is. This is why we source the best ingredients, and make our sauces in-house. Unlike other sushi restaurants they buy the sauces, and then just put them in a container. That is why our sauces taste better.
